Be sure you are logged into Microsoft 365 or BrightSpace using your CMCC e-mail address.
(address ending in cmcc.edu or Cmconnect.cmcc.edu)
If you do not have Microsoft 365 installed on your computer you can download it from CMConnect at:
CMConnect à Remote Learning à Navigating Your Course à Free Microsoft Office for Students
Be sure to use your CMCC e-mail when activating it.
(always check with LC staff or IT staff before using option 3)
If you already had Microsoft 365 on your computer and it is linked to a non-CMCC e-mail account you have to uninstall and then reinstall Microsoft 365 using the version provided free from the college and activate it using your CMCC e-mail address.
