  1.  Check your e-mail for a message from "Digital Learning" - bookstorecustomercare@email.bncollege.com.
  2. copy the access code from the message
  3. Log into your Cengage Account.
    1. Look for the "Enter Access Code" section
    2. Paste in the code - pop ups must be allowed for this to work
  4. Go back to the search bar and search for the title of the book
  5. CAUTIION: if your course requires the "Mind Tap" Courseware be sure to choose the appropriate item to activate.
  6. Click on the title to activate it.
